PAYMENT
- A non-refundable deposit of £100/$200 per week will secure any available dates with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure.
- A Resort Fee of $11.20 per night which has been included in your price is due for payment at check-in.
- We accept UK cheques and US checks.
We also accept credit card payments via paypal.

INFORMATION
- Rates quoted above include all taxes, clean and a Resort fee of $11.20 per night which is payable to the Resort Management Company upon check-in.
- Arrival or departure can be any day of the week.
- Extra nights are available for longer stays, please ask for a price.
- Stays of 6 nights or less will incurr an additional cleaning charge of £45/$85.
- Check in time is 4 pm.
- Check out by 11 am on day of departure.
- No smoking or pets.
- Our management company will swipe your credit card upon arrival as a security deposit, this will only be charges if any breakages or damage occur during your stay.
